About James Branch
James Branch is a Royse City Councilman, small business owner, and father of three Royse City ISD graduates. For more than 20 years, he’s served his community on local boards and city council, delivering public safety facilities, parks, and infrastructure. A proud Reagan Republican and America First conservative, James is running for Rockwall County Commissioner to fix roads, ensure transparency, and balance budgets while adding essential services to a growing city — all while maintaining a low tax rate. He will always stand with ALL law enforcement, value our county employees, and make Rockwall County a place where people want to live, work, raise a family, and retire.
